Trimming out has started!

This is where Rancho starts to look like a house again. We spent Monday doing stuff, Tuesday buying stuff, Wednesday looking at stuff, and today we finally started installing stuff.

All of a sudden, an archway that was lined with 2 by 4s and edges of drywall is now wrapped in an elegant bit of trim work.

10 days before the tenants move in. Still not sure we'll make it.
