Baby Sister

This photograph is very special to me.

It is of me and my baby sister. (I am the loon with the specs perched on her head)
The photo was taken by my sister's son who was 12 at the time, on this day three years ago.

The three of us spent the day together and when we parted at the station we had no way of knowing that it would be the last time we would ever see her.

I understand now what it is to live in the day and to value the time spent with the people we love.

We all miss our Clare so much x
