Finally

All credit to Thorntons they tried their best to help.

First I got my delivery cost back, next I got a full refund, then they sent an apology box of chocolates and then they sent out a second set of the chocolates to a different address.

But 2 weeks and 2 days after ordering a box of goodies for my girlfriend to be delivered to Basingstoke next day delivery so they would be with her for easter they have finally arrived. In Scotland...

I really hope Thorntons dump Yodel. And anyone else that use them. Such a poor company. No response from a complaint I raised with them either. I expect I'll never hear.
