one less car...

...that's me

first day back at work after a couple of days on the sick but i still rode in.
it's bike to work week (at work - fairly obviously) so anyone arriving by bike gets £2 voucher for the canteen.



7411km so far this year - that's 4605 miles almost exactly half of which have been travelling to work and back.
my aim is 10000km for the year. not sure i'll quite make it.

off to the lakes tomorrow for a cycling/hiking duathlon (of sorts) - very excited!
