Too chilly

After a false spring-like week which got us sowing seeds and switching off the storage heater too hastily we've had a couple of weeks of chilly, wet weather. These little chilli plants need some warmth! On the right are a pair of Monkeyface(s), at the back two tiny Bishop's Hat(s) and front left is an Aji Lemon. But I doubt whether they'll ever attain a reasonable height let alone produce chillies. And I see that cleaning the windowsill is long overdue....
