I spotted this whilst leaving work today and a few questions popped into my head.

The sign hanging above the bicycle was laminated so....

Is this something that happens often enough that warrants a sign being laminated to be re-used?

Does this bicycle pose some sort of security risk to the building, employees or general public?

Are they afraid of an influx of copy cat bicycle securers and so trying to quash a problem before it gets started?

Do our security guards have too much time on their hands?
