Looks like rain

Well took some effort but got down to the promenade ..yet again .
Awesome clouds and claps of thunder coming from Essex ... but no lightning :(
Myself and two other people had the river-front to ourselves .. unsurprisingly :)

EDIT .. added a version in 16x9 crop and upped the contrast of the clouds
