Lunch Al Desko

I had a bunch of bananas that were perfect for banana bread but kept forgetting which ingredient I didn't have and ended up buying eggs twice. I stole the egg and potato salad idea from Tesco but I'm sure mine was much nicer, what with the wholegrain mustard salad dressing and all. Om nom nom.
