Exotic plant?

No, just a tree beside a Scottish river bursting into life.

Like the colours in it, it is the same colours as the rhubarb when it starts to grow in the Spring

Checked out the Skunk Cabbage the yellow part is still hanging in there , but do not think it will be there tomorrow as the river is flowing fast
