Abstract Distraction

The art of abstraction
Is not a distraction
But is rather a state of mind

Look at it closely
And in it mostly
Something impressive you'll find

The artist that thinks
Removes all the kinks
And lets their painting unwind

Then in their own fashion
With gusto and passion
Their dreams wlll be defined

Look close at their colours
And inevitably one discovers
Abstract distraction left behind
