L is for ... Lineout

The hectic end to the rugby season continues unabated. Me and Dawn were back standing on a freezing terrace again! We were back at Sardis Road for one of our games in hand.

Tonight it was Carmarthen Quins turn to be tattered by the Sardis Machine! Unlike the last game this was one way traffic, Ponty scoring almost from the kick off and coming out on top as comfortable winners 38-3, a bonus point win.

The win puts us two points from to spot with still one game in hand over the three teams above us. One of the best finishes in years for the Premiership. We are away to Swansea on Saturday, and have Llandovery to play at home next Wednesday, win both and we are in the play offs, simple as that. A league and cup double is still possible after last Saturday's nail biter!

We have seen twenty six tries in the last ten days and four games, not bad value for money at a tenner a game!
