Top Deck

For mechanical reasons I found myself returning home on the top deck of the No. 19 bus. This view is looking down the length of Thistle Street from East to West as the bus passed out of St Andrew's Square. Not quite Manhatten-henge I realise. The older building on the left is James Court, the first houses in Edinburgh's New Town, built in 1767.
