Which way's up?

Taken at Cow Pond in Great Windsor Park, along Rhododendron Ride, just along from Savill Gardens.

Cow Pond has a huge display of water lilies during the Summer of varying colours which when open look amazing.

So, the picture. Is it of the sky or a reflection of it?
