Today...

... is about thank-yous not photos.

Thank you to Richard for wine and patience (apologies for not photographing patience). The house is a mess and, for a change, it is my fault.
Thank you to Sarah for recommending The Highly Sensitive Person to me, for me and with me in mind, which I instantly identified with the reviews of and which arrived today. Thank you to Nettie for holding a blog competition in which I won a copy of Vanessa Gebbie's The Coward's Tale which also arrived today. I love books and book recommendations, and stuck my nose into both in turn for a good sniff. The Coward's Tale smells better, it has to be said.

The memory stick is also new today because I have become sole editor of the flash-fiction anthology overnight (I'm not sure if that means I am exclusive or solitary at the moment!) and I am worried about the responsibility of masses of other people's work, so am saving it on a big ole flash drive.
Thank you to a lot of people who are trusting me to do this and being very enthusiastic about it all!
