Today's the day ............................... to make a meal of it

Oh dear ...... it's the middle of the week, it's cold and miserable, energy levels are at their lowest - and all we've got for tea are sausages.

But then I look round - and the barbeque is lit (cold weather or not). These skewered onions appear from nowhere together with a few other delicacies. There's a choice of chilled white or a nice smooth red and before you know it - we're making a meal of things.

Thank goodness for - charcoal - and a bit of ingenuity ............................
