The Old Boat Winch

At Church Ope Cove.
One of my favourite places on Portland and where I spent a huge amount of time as a girl!
There used to always be rowing boats upturned on the beach, but they seem to have stopped fishing off this particular area, maybe due to the winch rusting out and no longer working..who knows?
