Grabbed this shot of the auditorium just before the doors were opened for the opening night. First performance went very well, the audience appreciated the visual humour and didn't seem to mind too much about the liberties the director had taken with the script to introduce a bit of local political satire. Backstage everything went smoothly apart from the cast being a bit accident prone which led to a few minor issues which hopefully won't be replicated tonight. Ticket sales going very well and according to my budget figures we have already broken even. So all is looking good for the rest of the run (he says, tempting fate).
