Harpoon Thing

I've written about my bad neighbours in the past but in the interest of fairness have to say that I also have some very nice neighbours.

This picture is taken outside Steve's house. Why he has this harpoon thing is anyone's guess but I'm going to make sure I remain on good terms with him! :D
