Another changeable weather day in East Yorkshire. Some very heavy rain, lots of dark and threatening clouds.

Then sunshine and blue sky !!

Spotted this unexpected glimpse of Beverley Minster while we were (mainly window) shopping at the Wednesday Market end of Beverley.

Seconds after taking this shot, to the accompaniment of the Minster bells, I heard by phone of the death of a very special person. R.I.P. Max Payne MBE, Freeman of the Borough of Scarborough.
