Sensually enhanced book group

To add some flavour and texture to our discussion of Nigel Slater's book 'Toast' we had butterscotch Angel Delight and homemade lemon meringue pie. The latter went down very well with the gloopy former provoking lots of memories
The book? generally liked as it exceeded expectations of the genre, TV chefs. A bit sordid and dark at times tho'
