Still around

My birthday bouquet, that is! It is just so pretty and I know it's days are numbered so I snapped a few shots of the lilies. Aren't lilies wonderful?!? They come in so many varieties like water, calla, tiger, Easter, mariposa and I think almost every color imaginable!!

Today was a good productive day. Day two of better eating plan and I did great! My cravings aren't as strong tonight so it will be easier to resist snacking on 'bad' food. Still just cutting out refined sugars and bad carbs. It's amazing how your body withdrawls from that stuff. Eye on the prize....eye on the prize
I would like to relax with a glass of wine however I made a plan to only have wine on the weekend. It's only Tuesday :(

Going to go swim instead of sitting in front of the TV. Yay for me!
I really want to sit in front of the tv though :)
