What's in the foil?

Lovely evening meal with the Brighton Marathon gang after a tough old race this year.
1st marathon for hubby who was brilliant!
A shocking race for me was easily forgotten with a nice BIG bottle of beer and my interestingly presented sea bass with calamari & mussells.
