Cherry Blossom

The day began badly when I dropped a sock into the bowl of water belonging to my dogs on route to my walking boots and the back door for early morning blipping and dog walking.

The rain then came in thick and fast and blipping whilst balancing an umbrella and 2 staffordshire bull terriers is not a good idea so the camera stayed behind.

Back to back meetings all day and a toad in the hole to cook when I got home, left me with this 'experimental' picture. The tree in my back garden did look glorious for a brief moment when the sun shone and the rain hadn't beaten all of the blossom to the ground.
