Shoe Tree

Along from the Osteopath I noticed this tree. Another piece of 'art' (?) that I can't find anything about. Must be the week for it.

Another very interesting session this morning. He worked on my stomach area. He was able to tell that I had been in a car crash several years ago all because of the position of my bladder. He also identified my current stomach issues and has hopefully released a lot of tension from that area.
Despite working in this area I was assured that it will help my back pain.


In other news I really not coping this week with things. Don't know why, nothing has changed but maybe that is the problem.
