Perspective

Yesterday, I blipped that I'd had 'one of those days'.

A few hours after blipping, I had a phone call from a friend and work colleague, telling me that her son had been killed in a motorcycle accident earlier that day. I could barely take it in, so how on earth she was even managing to speak to me, I just don't know.

Something like that will always put everything into perspective.

My heart and my thoughts are with her and her family at this terrible time.
