Passport Acceptable .... Not

The only photo's taken today were asked for ... my neighbour wanted to practice his pose for his new drivers licence and passport .. but regardless of how many times you told him that he wasn't allowed to smile (as per the UK guidelines!!!) ... he just could't totally help himself .... a cheeky grin is always there with this gentleman!!!
