Phone a friend
Vicki, the sales assistant in a Cumbernauld super store sold me the latest iPhone this evening, a process that took over half an hour.
My old phone, first generation, had teetered for months and the lurch to iCloud finished it off. No longer able to email, send photos, download music or play apps it had moved from a state of the art techie toy to an old fashioned mobile, which did just phone calls.
In just four years.
Will this new phone last four years? I doubt it. Such is the speed of technological change I cannot envisage what a mobile phone will be like then.
Maybe an implant.
