Training ......

.... with Spartan

Although still recovering from last Monday's session, after work this evening I joined Spartan's running training session up on Ilkley moor. I spent much of the session trying to take photos on my iphone, with Spartan telling me off a lot ....

.... " put the phone down and clench those buttocks Mr John ".

Despite much tapping of my iphone inbetween all the excercises, I only really managed to capture a few out of focus badly framed pics . And I think that Betty the dog ( inbetween the trees ) held all the stretches for much longer than me .

Once again I must apologise to Spartan for my lacklustre performance this evening and trying to get pics of him ( on the left of this photo, showing how it should be done ) in compromising positions.

So todays blip is ( I must try harder )......
