Here today....

What a glorious day for a walk in to town to catch my bus to work. Why is it the sunshine puts a spring in my step? I must be starved of vitamin D!

Just been to the gym (by the time I got home it looked like it was going to rain so I decided to do my run on the treadmill) and waiting on Col coming out his spin class to take me home and feed me stir fry with meatballs - yummy!
