dinnertime

Today i had another good day, went to circuits at lunchtime which was like a bloody bootcamp!! We were all wrecked!
The instructor is great he's really encouraging and motivating and always puts on a really hard class. I've known him for a couple of years so I know him fairly well and I have asked him to show me how to use the heavy weights in the free weights area like the squat rack. Helen is coming too and maybe Mike as we all don't know how to alter the barbells, plus squatting with heavy weights you need someone with you in case it is too hard and you get stuck under the bar! Or worse drop it on yourself!

o that is on Tuesday! I am.starting to lift heavy weights now, so that i can just do 3 sets of 6 reps or similar. I've been doing body pump for 3 years now increasing my weights but its muscular endurance rather than strength and the light weights at a higher rep are not as effective at toning as heavy weights. Exciting to do something new! Bit intimidating with all the big men in the free weights area but ill get used to it!

Then i came home and made a rogan josh paste from scratch and we had a lovely curry yum yum!

Pudding was pannetone that my mum gave us at Christmas, we only opened it last week and it is nearly all gone, its delicious!! Mike loves it!
