O is for ouch

My back today is supremely unimpressed with the bending and lifting I did yesterday.

Thankfully a long walk in Eglinton Park in the late afternoon helped get the kinks out a bit.

The trees in the shot are curious - the side which gets more sun is a different colour from the darker side, and the lichens aren't so keen to grow at the back either.
