Scottish Crossbill

I climbed Birnam Hill in Perthshire today, sunny & cold especially at summit, views around Perthshire are stunning! On way back down through a few pine trees came across this shy Scottish Crossbill and his mate! They live in the pine forests of Scotland, first time I've seen one close up!
