Pannetone

Made this pannetone for the Easter Holidays. We're heading down to Cornwall to spend the week with Mike's family. At think at one point there will be about 35 of us, so this is a fairly meagre contribution. Our kitchen is still out of action so spent the morning with my friend Karen putting the bread together. Hope it tastes as good as it looks!
