Durga Sweets of Ilford and Accra make the best bhajis ever. Fact
These are my attempt to make their spinach bhajis - which I realised after eating them for about ten years actually have coriander leaves in them not spinach.
I don't know what the ingredient X is but mine never come out quite like theirs - I like them but they don't have that magic something.
We had people round for supper last night (back-blipping again) we all had a nice time and there wasn't much of the grub left over which I was pleased about, but there was a frightening number of cans and bottles left to get rid of at the end
