Fresh strawberries

The local berries have been in for about a week now. That's close to two weeks ahead of time because of our mild winter. We won't complain. Dessert tonight will be strawberries, over carmel apple pound cake, with carmel delight ice cream and whipped cream. We may eat dessert first!
