Don't smoke

Spent the afternoon visiting my farther in Bradford high dependency unit . He has just had a operation to clear three blockages from his veins in both legs due to smoking . He has been smoking since the age of 11 and has not been too well for years , as with parents they don't listen when told to stop even if they could lose there legs . This should Hopefully make him stop as while on the operating table one of his arteries burst and he spent a further 6 hours in surgery to fix it :-( .
Think they might be letting him out on wednesday as he is making good progress.
