Little pigs!

Today Neil took us for a run from Greenwich Park to Surrey Docks Farm (hence the pigs). It was a 9am start - cold, but with sunshine and splendid views along the Thames.

Neil was in top form, as usual - motivational, charming, full of good humour. His business is due to transfer to Valencia soon - we hope it is not too soon!

Unfortunately, most of the "A" team were feeling a bit "C-" today:

Mavis: Worn-out, too tired to come - busy week
Mrs Soup: Strained legs, ran/walked
Neil: called away due to a server crash
Bob: Tripped-up while admiring the refurbished Cutty Sark - sprained his ankle
Pedros: Cream-crackered
Linda: fine, did a bit more running
Elaine: fine, did a bit more running while wearing sun glasses
Erling (& his son Harry): Feeling weary, decided not to come, took Sunday papers to the cafe and met us for a post run cuppa

... and congratulations to Keith on his 10k result today - under 50 minutes! He seems to have recovered from his knee op!!
