Day T-83: Scores on the doors 3
Today is the halfway point in my training which really means I have 2 * 4 week blocks to really build up the distances on the bike and run. After that I have a final 4 week block to gradually taper to the race. Hopefully, the cold I have had this week has run its course and I can stay healthy all the way through.
