caught in his own web

this spider was feeding on a fly. as i was photographing, i accidnetally broke one of the lines that kept the web spread and it collapsed around him. here he is a few minutes later, on his way to breaking out of the cocoon. now he knows how it feels.
further experiment with telephoto and macro extender.
