Seagulls around Bolte Bridge

Tried to figure out from where a specific picture had been taken that I saw on sale at a Sunday market beneath Princess bridge. I didn't find the spot but ended up at quite a remote place next to mighty Bolte bridge with heaps of seagulls in the light.
