Formerly the Park Royal, latterly the Crown Plaza. No more, it's being demolished.

I don't know why but this demolition brings home to me the shocking scale of demolition in our city.

Enough of that.

3 more big sleeps until I head off on my first tramp next week. Can't wait :-)

Mum phoned tonight. She and Dad are coming to visit me for a few days in early May. Not too many days but they'll be here for my birthday. That's a big decision to visit shakey old Canterbury ;-)

My wrist is unhappy so time to back off.
