Pizza night

We got the wood-fired pizza oven started up this morning to make pizza tonight. It hasn't been used in a few months so we started it early so that it would dry out in time for dinner. Giacomo went to the river to blip (imagine that) so I was in charge of adding wood to the fire. I was amazed how quickly the logs burned. I tried to get a good shot of the swirls of heat, but my iPhone didn't do it justice.

Doesn't matter really, the pizzas were great! I had my usual - tuna and onion!
