Reflections of, the way life used to be...

Had a visit to my old stomping ground of Durham yesterday - some good memories. It's changed a lot in the 15 or so years I've been gone - and not all for the better. However there is some constancy - the ancient castle and almost as ancient cathedral still dominate the skyline and provide a perfect accompaniment to the river that still runs through the town. It's a historic city and worth a look if you get the chance.
