Mizar and Alcor

In Ursa Major, the Plough. A double star which is visible to the naked eye if you let your eyes adjust - it's in the handle of the plough. Mizar, the bigger of the two stars is actually a double star in itself.

It's gone midnight as I am posting. I am still outside, technically speaking. Have just imaged Saturn, better than last night. Still taken some doing!
