Back blip! Here's a tune to occupy us.

Scott sits over my keyboard.

Another full day in the flat writing my dissertation.

I don't feel Friday 13th as bad luck. It's just another day we can chose to either waste on worry and anger or fill with kindness and happiness.

Either choice requires us to make an effort, but the rewards are poles apart.
