Just passing by

Funny how you can live somewhere for years and not notice things. Spotted this dragonfly mosaic while I was mooching along the river this afternoon. Maybe it's been there for years, or maybe it's new, or maybe just having a camera in hand makes you notice things you've not seen before. Anyway thought is was worthy of a blip.
