Canal bank

Following on from the bridge photo a couple of days ago, I was back in town again with my daughter, doing more clothese shopping for an important interview next week. This is further down the same canal. I love the way the willows soften all the paved areas and brickwork. Sometimes there are colourful longboats moored here, but sadly none today.
A story here of regeneration of a rundown area, now populated with smart flats, a short walk from Reading station, prime commuter journey to London.
