Wooooaahhhh!
Another pony day today, took Bob & Sausage to see the neighbours so that we could carry on Bob's jumping lessons. They had to come past a partridge & pheasant rearing field which I was sure whould terrify them but not a flicker!
Within an hour Bob was jumping a course which included very tight turns, cross bars, parrallels, fillers, boards and a water jump! The light was awful as there were storm clouds brewing although it didn't come to much.
My neighbour's daughter showed bob how it's done on her pony jasper (who is fantastic and for sale).
Due to the light the pictures weren't very sharp but I like the heigh Jasper has in this one and that he looks like he could soar over the watching children.
My son who's previously only been interested in horsepower in relastion to engines decided he wants to ride and be a jockey. He in fact cantered Sausage on the leadrein and trotted off the lead rein. Typical, he has no fear and a natural seat. Boys!
We went dog racing last night but the less said about that the better. Not one winner. Friday the 13th for you I suppose.....
