Grey Skies

Quite a dramatic sky this morning, with just a hint of the sun's rays fanning through the grey clouds.

Big sports day today with a Scottish cup semi-final, and the Grand National at Aintree. I hope the Hibees put on a good show, and it would be amazing if last year's National winner Ballybriggs could repeat his success. I may have a flutter on him, Synchronised and Treacle, while Shambelliewoman fancies Seabass. I hope it's a great occasion and that the horses all get home safe. By all accounts they are taking more care of the them by making the fences safer, and providing spray fans to cool them down after they finish.

Shambellie and Larrennie lunch at Fishers in the city as well, so should be a grand day.
