Hatton Garden - I have no idea!

I was back in London today in Hatton Garden which is the centre of the Diamond market in the UK.

During a break I looked out of the window and saw this converted office opposite.

I have no idea what is going on with the figures etc but it seemed unusual?

Any ideas
